Uttarakhand Assembly Session: सदन में अग्निपथ योजना को लेकर विपक्ष का हंगामा, अग्निवीर को वापस लेने के नारों के साथ किया वॉकआउट
उत्तराखंड की पांचवी विधानसभा का चार दिवसीय बजट सत्र अनिश्चितकाल के लिए स्थगित हो गया है। सत्र के आखिरी दिन अग्निपथ योजना को लेकर विपक्ष ने जमकर हंगामा किया। कांग्रेस प्रदेश अध्यक्ष करन महारा ने कहा कि सरकार युवाओं के भविष्य से खिलवाड़ कर रही है। कहा कि सरकार के इस फैसले से युवाओं में आक्रोश है।
उत्तराखंड विधानसभा सत्र के चौथे दिन सदन में अग्निपथ योजना को लेकर विपक्ष ने जमकर हंगामा किया। विपक्ष ने सदन में अग्निवीर को वापस लेने के नारे लगाए। कांग्रेस प्रदेश अध्यक्ष करन माहरा ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड के हजारों लोग फौज में है। यहां की 60 फीसदी आबादी फौज से मिलने वाली पेंशन पर निर्भर है। सरकार को यह फैसला वापस लेना चाहिए।
कांग्रेस प्रदेश अध्यक्ष करन महारा ने कहा कि सरकार युवाओं के भविष्य से खिलवाड़ कर रही है। कहा कि सरकार के इस फैसले से युवाओं में आक्रोश है। देशभर में युवा सरकार के इस फैसले के विरोध में सड़कों पर उतर आया है। वहीं इस दौरान विपक्ष ने वेल में बजट की कॉपी फाड़कर लहराई। इसके बाद विपक्ष ने सदन से वाकआउट किया। सदन में उत्तराखंड विनियोग विधेयक 2022 पारित हुआ।
बिजली संकट पर विपक्ष ने सरकार को घेरा
विधानसभा सत्र के दौरान प्रदेश में बिजली संकट का मुद्दा भी गहराया। उप नेता प्रतिपक्ष भुवन कापड़ी ने कहा कि प्रदेश में भारी बिजली संकट है। अघोषित कटौती है। जल विद्युत परियोजनाएं लंबित हैं। सरकार महंगी बिजली खरीद रही है, लेकिन सरकार जल विद्युत परियोजनाओं को बजट देने को तैयार नहीं।सरकार सौर ऊर्जा के प्रोजेक्ट के लिए लोगों को जमीन उपलब्ध कराए। वहीं सुमित ह्रदयेश ने कहा कि बंजर जमीनों पर सरकार सौर ऊर्जा पार्क विकसित कराए।
प्रदेश में अघोषित विद्युत कटौती निंदनीय
विधायक रवि बहादुर ने कहा कि आज कोरिया हायड्रोजन कार चला रहा है। इजरायल अपनी लैब में पानी बना रहा है और हमारे प्रदेश में अघोषित विद्युत कटौती निंदनीय है। ग्रामीणों को 8 से 10 घंटे कटौती का सामना करना पड़ा।
अघोषित कटौती 8 से 10 घंटे की गई। डेड लाइन चल रही हैं। ज्वालापुर में 11 केवी की डेडलाइन से 29 वर्ष का युवा झुलस गया। उन्होंने कहा कि इस पर जांच बैठाई जानी चाहिए कि इतनी कटौती क्यों हुई। अगर अधिकारी इस समस्या का समाधान नहीं कर सकते तो उन्हें इस कुर्सी पर बैठने का कोई हक नहीं है।
झबरेड़ा कांग्रेस विधायक वीरेंद्र कुमार ने कहा कि बिजली की यह किल्लत सरकार की अदूरदर्शिता का परिणाम है। अगर समय से कोई इंतजाम किए गए होते तो ये हालात न होते। बिजली विभाग में कर्मचारियों की भारी कमी है। लाइनमैन नहीं हैं। बिजलीघरों में सिटीजन चार्टर को चस्पा किया जाए ताकि उपभोक्ताओं को अपने अधिकार मिले।
